In his second season as head coach, Carlos Suarez built a competitive Track and Field team on both the men's and women's sides.  The College of Marin Track and Field Team had a very successful season with four members of the team medaling at the Big 8 Conference Championships.  The team also hosted the first track meet at College Of Marin in over a decade.

Sophomore Keily Campagna had a stellar second season on the team. She set personal best times in the 200 meter and 400 meter dashes as well as her primary event the 400 meter hurdles. She won the 400 meter hurdles at the College of Marin Invitational. In the Nor Cal Finals she ran a fast preliminary placing sixth before improving to fifth place in the finals of the event with a personal best time of 1:07:21.
