College of Marin’s Olivia Svuba made waves at the 3C2A State Championships on May 1st, finishing 6th overall in the 1-Meter Diving event. The standout performance adds to a growing legacy for Marin diving at the state level.
Svuba scored 199 points in the 1m final, showcasing technical precision and competitive poise against a strong field of California’s top collegiate divers. Her sixth-place finish marks one of the highest state placings in recent memory for the College of Marin women’s diving program.
Olivia isn’t done yet—on May 2nd, she’ll return to the boards to compete in the 3-Meter Diving Championship at Santa Rosa Junior College, aiming to build on her success and finish her postseason run strong.
