College of Marin Swimmers Shine at CCSF Rams Invitational
San Francisco, CA — The College of Marin swim team delivered an impressive performance at the CCSF Rams Invitational this past weekend, with several standout swims and top finishes across multiple events.
Top Performances:
  • Isa Ferris had a stellar meet, securing 3rd place in the 50-yard butterfly (31.31) and 5th place in the 50-yard freestyle (27.75). She also competed in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing 2nd with a time of 2:15.91 and capped off her meet with a 5th-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly (1:15.01).
  • Hannah Jones put up strong efforts in backstroke and breaststroke events, finishing 5th in the 50-yard backstroke (35.94) and 7th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:28.57).
  • Finn Seery contributed solid swims for the men’s team, taking 12th in the 200-yard freestyle (2:08.21) and 11th in the 50-yard butterfly (29.17).
  • Zach Krumbein showed versatility across multiple events, earning a 6th-place finish in the 50-yard backstroke (32.71) and placing in the top 20 of the 100-yard freestyle (56.31).
  • Aidan Costello demonstrated endurance in the distance races, placing 12th in the 500-yard freestyle (7:14.00) and competing in the 100-yard freestyle (1:06.29).
  • Marlee Ostrom competed in multiple events, earning 8th place in the 50-yard butterfly (44.22) and 21st in the 100-yard freestyle (1:19.94).
  • Adriana Thomas made her collegiate debut at the invitational, competing in multiple events and showing great determination. Her effort in the 200-yard freestyle (3:45.56) and 50-yard freestyle (40.92) demonstrated her hard work and resilience. With this experience under her belt, Thomas is set to continue improving and making an impact for the team.
