Tessa Pares has decided on continuing her academic career at the University of California San Diego! 

After spending a few years here at College of Marin, Tessa has traded in the Marin lifestyle for beaches and sufrboards in the beautiful city of San Diego.

"I had a few different schools that I was debating on. But in the end i could not turn down the oppurtunity that San Diego presents. Is is such a beautiful campus and surrounding area that it was way to hard to turn down. I loved my time here at Marin and. am thankful for the teachers, my team, and all staff who helped me compete throughout the year in the classroom and in the water."

Again here at Marin we are very proud of each and everyone of our student athletes. Any time a student of ours moves on to further their academic career we have felt as if we made our mark in their lives and career. Nothing but well wishes for Tessa on her future journeys!
