The College of Marin men’s basketball team earned a 71–63 home win over Merritt, using a balanced effort and strong work on the glass to pull away late.

K’Hamani Olivacce and Caijonte Andrews led the Mariners with 15 points each, while Olivier Borgol added 9 points, 15 rebounds, and 2 assists to anchor the interior. Te’Shawn Gamble contributed defensively with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.

Despite shooting just 37% from the field, Marin’s rebounding and consistent scoring in both halves powered the victory.
