The California Community College Baseball Coaches Association released their 2017 NorCal Pre-Season Poll this week with College of Marin ranked 15th. Of all Northern California Community College, COM receveid 180 points, the most of any Bay Valley Conference team.

Rival BVC school Laney was one spot behind COM with 154 points, while Los Medanos ranked 18th in Nor-Cal with 138 total points. Solano and Yuba also received votes but not enough to break into the top 20 in Northern California. 

Head Coach Steve Berringer returns to dugout this season after a one year hiatus as the Athletic Director of College of Marin.
