With a full squad and a hardworking group of athletes, the Mariners are poised for a competitive and exciting season.

Coach Swan-Sy, stepping into her first season coaching beach volleyball at the college level, is eager to lead a team that shares her high ambitions. "This group has been working incredibly hard, and I’ve been wanting to coach a competitive team like this for a long time,” Swan-Sy said. “The team and I have high goals for this season, and I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together."

Assistant coach Derrick Nguyen, also in his first season coaching beach volleyball, shares the same enthusiasm. “I’m super excited to work with this group. They’re dedicated, eager to learn, and ready to compete,” Nguyen said. “It’s going to be fun watching them grow and showcase their talent throughout the season.”

The Mariners open their season on February 21st at home against College of San Mateo and Hartnell College. With a fresh coaching staff, a determined squad, and a season full of promise, Marin is ready to make its mark on the sand.
