Just 48 hours after leaving Wednesday’s game with an ankle injury, College of Marin’s Amari Allison showed no ill effects as she powered the Mariners past Skyline College on Friday evening in Kentfield by an overtime score of 83-74.
Marin dressed only six players to take on the Las Positas College Hawks and managed to hold a narrow lead entering the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, injuries and fouls forced the Mariners to end the game with only three, as they fell 67-56.
